Charles Wenham – Managing Director has been working in the surfacing industry for 40 years. 

Starting his career with Val de Travis, he then went on to spend 17 years working for major surfacing contractors including Tilcon and Redland Aggregates, before starting C W Surfacing in 1987.

Luke Wenham - Having started at the lowest level, Luke has worked his way through the ranks to become a site supervisor.  He has worked on many major projects, ands highly skilled in all aspects of surfacing work. 

As a paver specialist, his knowledge is unrivalled and he is able to ensure a finish that is second to none.  Luke is often called upon to undertake tolerance work that is beyond the capabilities of others.  He is now very sought after to supervise major works for national contractors.
